We use truckmounted and portable extraction cleaning equipment. The different types of equipment allows us easy access into single family homes as well as high-rise condominiums and apartments. Our cleaning methods leave your carpets clean and fresh smelling without leaving a residue that attracts dirt after the clean. We move most furniture and put it back in place with plastic strips or blocks to protect your carpet from furniture stains until the carpet is completely dry. We also leave shoe covers so you can walk on the carpet immediately after we finish cleaning.

With 32 years of experience we can clean all types of fabrics. With daily use of your favorite chair, sofa and other upholstery it’s a good idea to have it cleaned. All types of odors, soils, bacteria and allergens get trapped in the fabric and transferred into your indoor environment. We always apply a fiber protector to the upholstery after it’s cleaned. We understand that upholstery cleaning is not done on a regular basis and the fiber protector allows the upholstery to remain clean longer and any spills can be cleaned up more easily.

Remember, the products used on synthetic carpets or rugs will usually fade or discolor wool or natural fibers. We have products that are safe for fine wool carpets or area rugs.

After the clean we will seal the tile and grout or floors with an invisible sealer that leaves a durable high quality, long lasting protective coating.
Stain Removal
We are trained on stain removal and on the best products to use on different stains. Some products can set a stain and we are unable to remove it if you have already used the wrong product on it. That’s why you need to call our experienced team when you have a stain that you just can’t remove. We will test the stain and let you know if we may or may not be able to remove the stain. Sometimes it’s best not to us any product on the stain just get all residue up with clear water and call a professional.
Hardwood Floors
We will assess your floors to determine if they just need a good effective clean to restore the top layer of finish and enhance the beauty of the wood or we may need to clean, strip and re- seal the floors with a good urethane finish. We can also remove scuff marks, scratches or heel marks from the hardwood floors. You have the option of no gloss, semi-gloss or a high gloss finish to seal your floors.
